A baby is born.
Arthur Conrad Rentz, a.k.a. Arlo, entered the world at 3:23 p.m. on Sunday, July 5, 2009.
He probably could have been born on the 4th of July but his mother was afraid he might grow up to be a Republican.
Anyway, this is Arlo’s story, as told by his Grams, who loves him very much and thinks that he is the most wonderful baby in the world.
